This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases of Aguafuel Protein Water (the "Product") sold by M/S Savapill Pharmaceuticals Private Limited through Websites and E-commerce Platforms.
For the purpose of this Policy, M/S Savapill Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is referred to as the "Company", "we", "our", or "us", and any individual or entity purchasing the Products is referred to as the "User", "you", or "your".
1. Order Processing Time
1.1 Standard Processing
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major national holidays) after the order is successfully placed.
1.2 Bulk and Custom Orders
Orders involving custom labelling, special requests, or large bulk quantities may require an additional 2 to 5 business days for processing, depending on the volume and customization complexity.
1.3 Confirmation and Notification
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
- A second email notification, including tracking information, will be sent once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping methods designed to meet your needs. All delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

3. Shipping Rates and Restrictions
3.1 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Total weight and dimensions of your order
- The shipping method selected
- The final destination address
The final shipping cost will be displayed before completing payment.
3.2 Shipping Territory
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not supported at this time.
3.3 Address Requirements
- Customers must ensure the accuracy of their shipping address.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may incur reshipment fees.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical street address is required.
4. Order Tracking and Delivery
4.1 Tracking Information
All shipped orders include a tracking number sent via email once the order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
4.2 Confirmed Delivery
Once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address, M/S Savapill Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery of the package.
An OTP will be required for successful delivery.
5. Damages, Loss, and Resolution
5.1 Damaged Goods
We carefully package all products. If your order arrives damaged (broken bottles, leakage, or damaged packaging), please take clear photographs of:
- The damaged product
- The shipping box
- The packaging

5.2 Lost in Transit
If tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will initiate a carrier investigation. If the package is declared lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
